We want you to be involved in your case, because you will be making most of the important decisions. While you will have our best advice, including a discussion of alternatives, ultimately you decide whether to settle or whether to present your case to a jury. Not all personal injury lawyers or law firms can say that.
Insurance companies do not like going in front of juries, because juries can be unpredictable. Juries can also judge their insured’s bad conduct.
